To be Dieter's friend is to be part of an elite circle of businessmen, bankers, industrialists and millionaire heirs. But you're only Dieter's friend if you put your money in his surefire investment plan. 1000 percent return on your investment? Only a fool would say no. Plausibility? He's got friends in high places, he's always in the financial pages, he and his wife live fabulous lives ? if he can't be trusted, who can? Attracted by the sweet scent of submission, Dieter meets young realtor Andy Schroth and raises him to the ranks of his illustrious friends; but if Andy wants to stay there, he's got to deliver.
